Rose Falooda Mix Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pack White Horse Rose Falooda Mix
- 500 ml full cream milk
- Extra chopped dry fruits (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional for serving)
- Rose petals or pistachio for garnish (optional)
Important Note
- No sugar needed - just add milk and enjoy!
- For a richer taste, use chilled full cream milk.
Methods
- Take 500 ml full cream milk in a heavy-bottom pan while the milk is still cold
- Add the entire contents of White Horse Rose Falooda Mix into the cold milk.
- Stir well using a spoon or whisk until the mix dissolves completely without lumps.
- Place the pan on medium flame and keep stirring continuously.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the flame slightly and cook for 3–5 minutes while stirring continuously. This helps achieve a rich, creamy texture.
- Switch off the flame and allow the falooda mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours for the best chilled taste and texture.
- The mix already contains delicious dry fruits, but you may add extra chopped almonds, pistachios, or cashews if desired.
- Pour into serving glasses, add ice cubes if preferred, and garnish with rose petals or extra dry fruits.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the rich, creamy and refreshing taste of White Horse Rose Falooda.
