Ingredients
- 1 pack of White Horse Kaju Draksh Ice Cream Mix
- 750 ml full cream milk
- Chopped cashews or any extra dry fruits – optional

Methods
- Pour 750 ml full cream milk into a heavy-bottom pan.
- Add the entire contents of the White Horse Kaju Draksh Ice Cream Mix.
- Bring the milk to a gentle boil on medium flame while stirring occasionally.
- Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Cook on low to medium flame for 6–8 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until chilled.
- Add chopped cashews and raisins if desired and mix well.
- Pour into an airtight freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for 6–8 hours or until fully set.
