Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta (penne/fusilli
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 3–4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 capsicum (sliced)
- ½ cup sweet corn / mixed vegetables (optional)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed) or ½ cup tomato pulp
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
- Salt as required
- 2 tbsp fresh cream or cheese (optional for richness)
- Fresh coriander or herbs for garnish
Serving Suggestion
- Serve hot, garnished with herbs and a light sprinkle of cheese

Methods
Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until perfectly cooked (al dente).
Drain and keep aside.
Prepare the Base
Heat oil or butter in a pan.
Add garlic and sauté till aromatic.
Add onions and cook till soft.
Add capsicum and vegetables, sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Make the Sauce
Add tomato puree and cook until slightly thick.
Add White Horse Pasta Masala, salt, and chilli flakes.
Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes to develop rich flavor.
Combine Everything
Add boiled pasta to the sauce.
Toss well so every piece is coated evenly.
Add cream or cheese for a richer taste (optional).
